How did the two of you find Plant Miami?
We were looking for a new opportunity and decided to choose a restaurant that was exciting but also somewhere we can grow and learn. This is how we chose Plant Miami, a fully plant-based restaurant.
Do you two work together in the kitchen often?
We do work together in the kitchen. We have been working together since 2009 and it has been a blessing. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen, so having your loved one next to you makes the day that much better.
Why do you enjoy cooking vegan and vegetarian-friendly food?
We believe our cuisine brings a lot of happiness, wellness and love to many people. I feel that we are sharing something life-changing with our guests and that’s why we enjoy preparing vegan food .
What's something about plant-based cooking that you wish more people knew?
There are many delicious combinations of flavors, textures, and experiences that are waiting to be discovered. Our produce comes directly from our local biodynamic farm, Paradise Farms. Our food not only tastes better but it is also extremely beneficial to our health and the planet.
