What does it mean to be conscious?
Personally, to be conscious means to be expansive,. It is the energy which is broad enough to encompass everything, that sees the flow and synchronicity to everything, the beauty in everything. Essentially, its to love, deeply, every moment. It’s choosing compassion instead of resentment, gentleness instead of harshness, creativity instead of contraction, heart instead of ego.

A conscious lifestyle is a daily commitment to kindness, love, gratitude and lightness.
Where do you find inspiration?
Absolutely everywhere and daily.

How do you serve yourself before taking care of others?
For me its through a daily practice of Vedic meditation. I meditate twice a day as my anchor in a relatively crazy life of endless travel, being a mother, wife, and operating a global school. It’s through the simplicity of this technique that I honestly can of better service to all in my life, it's my bedrock!
Whose mission are you called to share?
We support the Fred Hollows Foundation and with every student that learns to meditate with us, we restore the eyesight in someone in the Indigenous Australian communities through their incredible work. We also donate a lot to various dog charities as we are dog obsessed really.
