It’s through the simplicity of this technique that I honestly can of better service to all in my life, it's my bedrock!

We support the Fred Hollows Foundation and with every student that learns to meditate with us, we restore the eyesight in someone in the Indigenous Australian communities through their incredible work. We also donate a lot to various dog charities as we are dog obsessed really.

Create

Where do you find inspiration?

Ever since I was a little boy I have loved people unconditionally and I found that when I focus on the heart, I can see pure honesty and truth. When traveling to the many countries I am called to, I find myself people watching and the truth that is revealed from unconditional love, allows me to see the many layers of humanity and life. This offers me the understanding of how I can support change and evolution for mankind which gives me great inspiration.

Swimming in the sea in Bodrum, Turkey. Praying in Ephesus. Horseback riding and soaking in the geothermal pools in Iceland. Floating in the Dead Sea in Ein Gedi, Isreal or meditating in the mountains of Golan Heights, Spending day at Sunset Ashram watching sunset in Ibiza Spain. Create

Where do you find inspiration?

I am inspired to make a difference each day, to touch someone in an impactful way. Touch transmits intention… This is why I am so compelled to do the work I do with women and mothers- ushering new life into the world requires a reverence of spirit and a celebration of the magic of the female body. I am moved by the creative magic and spirit is that it is in everything, everywhere, we women are alchemists.

Serve

How do you serve yourself before taking care of others?

This is my ministry, self-care. Doing unto others after you have done unto yourself. Self-care or what I call glow time is something I check into on a moment-to-moment basis to evaluate what it is that I truly need. I meditate, take a hot bath in our Mama Glow Ritual Beauty: Rosy Glow Time coconut bath. I prepare my energetic field so that I can expand my capacity to give and receive. I traveled on book tour and saw 50,000 people across the US over 24 events, signed thousands of books, led mass guided meditations to thousands of people and I felt energized because I mother myself first.

Whose mission are you called to share?

There are many but so many get the shine, while others struggle for support. I really want to lift the Happy Period, a non-profit organization that allocates menstraution supplies for homeless women. Serve

How do you serve yourself before taking care of others?

This list is so long. I do believe actually that when we heal ourselves we actually heal thousands if not millions of people. It is the most selfless act, to awaken. A man or woman who is awake wakes people for centuries to come, look at Abraham Lincoln, Rumi, Hildegard Von Bingen, Shakespeare! We are still all moved by these people. I devote my life to consciousness the rest is a side effect. When you are awake you are only ever in service to others.

Healing

Healer/practitioner on speed dial?

God. I like to go directly to the source. (I am not religious, this is a purely spiritual answer)

What modality are you most curious about or want to try?

I feel fully steeped in the system of work that I have devoted my life to and am not really on a quest anymore. My aim now is to help the world and to continue to connect with the bliss and higher states that I am familiar with.

Expand

When has your heart expanded to its greatest capacity?

In moments of presence.

What entered your life as a result of your expansion?

Willingness to work hard as hell to have a life filled with moments of presence and then intense action!!!

Conscious

What does it mean to be conscious?

Joy, ease, nothing. It has no meaning because it is a state that can't be understood intellectually.

What is a conscious lifestyle?

Rigorous opposite action and the incorporation of magic and love. By magic I don't mean witch craft. I mean simply the remembrance of ones own innocence and true self.
