TICKET INFORMATION

DO I NEED MY PHYSICAL TICKET FOR ENTRY ?

Yes we are scanning all tickets at entry this year.  Please make sure you have your ticket printed, screen shot or saved on your phone for entry. If you have no ticket, there will be no entry.

CAN I USE SPIRIT WEAVER’S GATHERING FACEBOOK TO TRY TO TRANSFER, BUY OR SELL A TICKET?

You can use the SWG Ticket Transfer Hub facebook page to offer the transfer of your ticket. But please note you are solely responsible for any financial transaction of the transfer between the original ticket holder + the new ticket holder. You agree as part of the terms and conditions that Spirit Weavers Gathering + Conscious City Guide are not held responsible or liable for any part of the financial transfer transaction. We do not condone inflated priced tickets. Please email us if someone is trying to sell you an inflated priced ticket and do not make the transaction.If you have purchased a transferred ticket, you will be asked to sign the terms and conditions waiver on the facebook hub.


HOW DO I TRANSFER MY TICKET?

For a fully paid ticket, simply forward the new ticket holder your confirmation email with PDF ticket attachment. We do not need to be alerted about the transfer, the ticket can only be scanned and accepted once upon entry. The new ticket holder will sign terms and conditions upon entry. See the next question for ‘deposit only ticket’ transfer options. If you have purchased a transferred ticket, you will be asked to sign the terms and conditions waiver on the facebook hub.

CAN I TRANSFER A TICKET IF I PURCHASED A DEPOSIT ONLY TICKET?

Yes. You can transfer a deposit only ticket but it only becomes valid once paid in full. If you are considering accepting a ticket transfer which is a ‘deposit only ticket’, please ensure the ticket has since been paid in full.

To ensure you are obtaining a fully paid ticket ask the original ticket holder to forward you their payment receipts. You can also check by emailing us with their full name + email they used to purchase the ticket.

It is the new ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure the ticket has either been fully paid or to make the final payments BEFORE accepting the transfer. Spirit Weavers Gathering + Conscious City Guide are not responsible or liable for a partially paid, invalid ticket. They will not be accepted upon scanning and entry. If you have purchased a transferred ticket, you will be asked to sign the terms and conditions waiver on the facebook hub.


CAN I TRANSFER MY PAYMENT PLAN TO ANOTHER WOMAN ?

No. Payments must be made by the original ticket holder. Any transaction on transferring of tickets is the responsibility of the original and new ticket holder.

WOMEN OF COLOR TICKETS + PAYMENT PLANS

We have an allocation of tickets for WOC to pay any amount within our ticket tier ranges. Please enter the amount suitable for your circumstance. Please note there is a small ticket service fee on top.  If you wish to make make a deposit only please select the WOC deposit only ticket and on check-out enter the full priced amount you wish to pay so your payment plan can be calculated accordingly.  

HOW DO PAYMENT PLANS WORK ?

If you have selected a deposit only ticket you will be sent a link in your confirmation email to schedule the rest of your payment plans. Please note you will re-enter your payment information and you will be charged on the noted dates with these payment details.

Ensure you register your payment plan with the link sent in your confirmation email by Feb 1, 2019. If you do not register your payment plan by this date your deposit ticket will be released and not refunded.


The final two payment installments will be charged and collected on Feb 15 and March 15 2019.

CAN I UPDATE MY BILLING DETAILS IN A PAYMENT PLAN ?

Yes. If you wish to update your payment plan billing information you can do so at anytime in your payment portal once you have initially set up your payment plan account with the initial link sent in your confirmation email.


ARE EVENT AND ACCOMMODATION TICKETS SEPARATE TICKETS?

If you are bringing your own camping / tent set up this is included in your ticket. There are some other accommodation options and if still available they are purchased separately and you can view them here.

IF I CAN’T MAKE IT, CAN I GET A REFUND OR SELL MY TICKETS TO SOMEONE ELSE?

There are no refunds on any type of tickets or deposits, but you can transfer you ticket to someone else. Please see the transfer sections of this page.

VEHICLE PASSES & TRAFFIC

WHY DO I HAVE TO BUY A VEHICLE PASS AS WELL AS AN EVENT TICKET?

PARKING IS FREE FOR ATTENDEES, HOWEVER IF YOU ARE CAMPING OUT OF YOUR TRAILER, RV OR CAMPER VAN YOU WILL NEED TO PARK IN OUR CAR CAMPING AREA WHICH REQUIRES A $45.00 PASS AVAILABLE HERE FOR SUN SESSION + HERE FOR MOON SESSION.

WHAT IF I ARRIVE WITHOUT A VEHICLE PASS?

There are a limited amount of Car Camping passes available.  If you arrive without a pass you will be directed to camp in the regular attendee parking which is further away from main camp.  If we have any passes left, you can purchase one at the gathering but there are no guarantees that we will have any available.

Please plan ahead! .  


ARE VEHICLE PASSES REFUNDABLE ?

Vehicle passes are non - refundable.
